Movie Review - HAIR SPRAY (2007)

I recently watched the old, musical movie ‘HAIR SPRAY’ starring Nikki Blonsky and  John Travolta. This movie came out in 2007.  Many famous  actors appeared in it, such as Zac Efron and James Marsden. They are very famous actors in America and Japan.

The content of this story is mainly a campaign against racism. The main

character  is a high school student, ‘Tracy’. She looks kind of big. She loves dancing. Her dream is dancing with the most popular dancer Link on television someday. One day, she was invited to the dance party by Link. He goes to the same high school by chance. After the dance party, the TV moderator Corny Collins, liked her and invited her to his dance show. She was very happy, but one of the dancers Amber, hated her . She could not forgive that she became a member of the dance show. After that, a lot of things happened. You should see the movie to find out what happened!

Now, plenty of young people don’t know this movie. I think everyone should watch this movie because it is very interesting and fun. It’s not so long, so you will not get tired. I recommend it.

This movie features dance and songs in the story. It’s especially exciting when black people and white people dance together. I was very surprised when I saw the scene. There are many scenes of songs with all members. Each song has a  different tune, so I felt it was interesting.
